After 18 years, the business that started over lunch and a fortune cookie continues to grow, perhaps dues in part to its goals:

A goal to be a vital and positive presence in the community. We reach out to daycare and retirement centers, offer MusicLink scholarships and provide financial assistance to students on a needs basis.

A goal to educate for a lifetime of musical enjoyment. Students are taught to think and use their musical skills in many ways. This benefits all areas of learning and builds retention of skills for a lifetime. We strive to bring enjoyment or “fun” to the very first lesson and continue it at all levels.

A goal to develop a strong teaching staff. Teachers are encouraged to discover their own creativity and musicianship and to develop their own teaching style, because whether we are teaching or learning, we need and enjoy the support of others.
